1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you submit a resume for review, we temporarily process the text content of your resume to generate AI feedback. We do not permanently store your resume file — only the feedback results and score are saved.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to send account verification emails, purchase confirmations, and replies to support requests. We use your resume content solely to generate your AI review. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ResuLaunch:
Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your resume text to generate feedback. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
Gumroad — processes payments. We do not store your payment card information.
Railway — hosts our servers and database in the United States.
Supabase — stores your account information and review history securely.
4. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie does not track you across other websites and is deleted when you log out. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and review history for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your Dashboard — this permanently removes your personal information. Review results are anonymized and retained for platform statistics.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Delete my account. For any other requests, contact us using the Help button on our site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ResuLaunch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ResuLaunch provides AI-powered resume review and feedback services. Free users receive one review with limited feedback. Paid tiers provide more detailed analysis, suggested rewrites, keyword gap analysis, and PDF reports.
3. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are processed through Gumroad. Payments are non-refundable once an AI review has been generated, as the service has been fully delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevented your review from being delivered, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
4. Human Expert Reviews
Human Expert reviews ($15) include a personal review delivered within 24 hours via email. If we are unable to deliver within 24 hours, we will notify you promptly. Unlimited plan subscribers receive one free human review per calendar month.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass rate limits, submitting documents that are not resumes, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
ResuLaunch provides feedback and suggestions to help improve your resume. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or interview success. AI-generated feedback is advisory only and may not reflect the preferences of every employer or recruiter.
7. Limitation of Liability
ResuLaunch is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
